About Constellation Asset Management

Founded in 1998, Constellation is one of the most traditional investment managers in Brazil. It is structured as a partnership and its main shareholders are the executives who work at the company together for over a decade. Apart from the executives, the company has as minority shareholders Jorge Paulo Lemann and Lone Pine Capital (one of the most renowned US equity funds).

Investment Philosophy

We prioritize quality companies, rather than cheap valuation. We carefully build our portfolio considering the equilibrium of sectorial and individual risks, avoiding excessive concentration and illiquidity. We believe in value investing, as well as secular growth opportunities, always adapting our valuation criterias to the execution risk and perspective of profit growth.
